This week's words are callous, interfere, and persistent.
This week sees four entries; two haikus and one American sentence.
Also, one naisaiku for the Naisaiku Challenge. (See, I can count...)

Clever and humorous, sly and fun. Wonderful stuff.
Like all three, sorry four!
You seem to cope remarkably well with these tongue twisting words.
Thanks for taking The NaisaiKu.. Challenge! again this week.
Foot fetish, eh? Mahalo for the chuckle, Chris!
Lol..
Lovely!
Too too fun! I love the puffing of air and the sigh is well placed in the naisaiku. I too took the challenge for the first time today-wrote about barbecue- I guess I'm just hungry
There is no space between the a and loud in the word aloud. Unless of course you did that on purpose!
(remember your correction last week?)
They don't mean to be callous, but my family expects me to be persistent in my housekeeping and that interferes with my ability to think coherently and wax poetic.
These are BRILLIANT - my fave for sure is the dermatologist invoked first one --so so witty and well done! Thank you so much for sharing this with us! i hope you like mine:

Gentile Readers . . . jewish & muslim & buddhist readers too:
I'm not a poet - though I oft play one in the blogosphere.....
I wanna be clever like you one day!
Your Scrib(-ler)
ps: here be dragons! Aloha-
ThomG,
Thank you ever so much. I'll delve into dark one of these days, though that is tricky with a haiku.
STG,
Thanks, I have to go visiting myself still.
Wendy Naisa,
I just twist my tongue into the words and nudge them into place. Fun challenge you have going.
Gigihawaii,
Glad you chuckled.
!nversed Poignancy!
Thanks. What did you derive your e-handle from?
Ande,
BBQ in Valhalla? Why not! Glad that you liked them. I look forward to visiting.
Anonymous,
*I burst out laughing.* You are oh so correct; I am delighted to be corrected. I would be mortified if that error stood under my nom de plume. Errors like that trip me up when I read, and then I have to guess if they were intentional and puzzle it out. Thank you very much!
Tschuess!
Junosmom,
Families... Chief educator and chief bottle washer... at least your free-verse is unimpaired.
If these abilities are indeed impaired, then your family's gain is the world's loss as your lucidity and ability to wax prosaically appear to be unimpeded. I cannot guess what they would be like, then, if there were no encumbrances placed upon you.
Take a break! Send them away for a week, or take a week off for yourself...
Amerettogirl,
Thank you ever so much. I am wondering what your enjoyment of the first tells us...
I very much look forward to visiting.
Cloudia,
*tickled pink*
Tschuess,
Chris
Your works tickle my sole and wrinkle my tongue.
It's little wonder you're married: most women enjoy funny men. Thanks.
I'd not come across naisaiku before. Great fun.

ABOUT NAISAIKU?
Strange beasts. What's all this
about a single line? Are
poems symmetrical?
Not this one.
:)
Ee-hee! As usual, I like all of yours. I have to echo ThomG: funny and sly.
I think I should laugh.
These made me think AND laugh
